International scientific and practical conference

On October 11, 2023, the Dnipro Humanitarian University jointly with University of Roehampton and University of Westminster is holding the International Scientific and Practical Conference "LEGAL CHALLENGES OF THE GLOBALIZED WORLD: How should law protect and implement rights?".

COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine caused a temporary pause in international and domestic travel, but the use of communications technology has expanded and transformed global networks and connections. Legal problems accompany these transnational interactions. This conference aims to address these global challenges and initiate an international debate. For example, how should the law respond to globalization? What legal problems arise from globalization? What should global legal regulation look like in 2030, 2040 and beyond? How should global law be created?
