International Scientific and Practical Conference

Dnipro Humanitarian University, St Mary’s University, and University of Westminster invites to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference « LEGAL CHALLENGES OF THE GLOBALISED WORLD: How should the law protect and realise rights?», which is to be held on October 12^th 2023.

Until July 14^th 2023 (inclusive), applicants shall send papers of 250-1000 words in volume, and their biography of up to 200 words to the email address: ird.dgu2020@gmail.com

The purpose of the conference is to study legal approaches to globalization and the legal problems it generates, global legal regulation and the formation of «global law».

• Issues of regulating public social relationships under conditions of globalization
• Legal challenges of traditional and novel private relationships
• Legal rights realization and protection within judicial and non-judicial procedures
