Tetiana LEZHNIEVA Candidate of Law Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Law

In 2002 she graduated from the Law Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in Jurisprudence, received the educational and qualification level "specialist" and received the qualification of a lawyer; in 2003 she graduated from the Law Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in Law Enforcement, received the educational qualification level "Master" and received the qualification of a lawyer.

In 2013 she defended her Candidate's dissertation at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on "Sanctions in Labor Law of Ukraine" for the degree of Candidate of Law.

In 2015, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Law Disciplines.

From 2003 to 2016 she worked in various positions of research and pedagogical staff in Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs (Law Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs).

From 2016 to 2020, she worked as an associate professor at the Department of Law in Alfred Nobel University.

She has experience in organizational and managerial work at the level of the head of the department (2015-2016, Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs), academic secretary of the dissertation council (2015-2016, Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs), executive secretary of the admission committee (2015-2016) , Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs), Deputy Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee (2017-2020, Alfred Nobel University), Authorized Person for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption (2019-2020, Alfred Nobel University).

Since January 2021, she has been the head of the Department of Law at Dnipro Humanitarian University.

During the period of scientific and pedagogical activity she taught the following disciplines: «Roman Law», «Civil Law», «Family Law», «Agrarian Law», «Land Law», «Labor Law», «Social Security Law», «Intellectual Property», «Inheritance Law», «Civil Procedure», «Private International Law», «Civil and Commercial Law of Foreign Countries», «Administrative Law», «Administrative Procedure», «Financial Law», «Tax Law», etc.

She is the author and co-author of more than 100 scientific articles published in scientific journals, abstracts of reports published as a result of participation in international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences and seminars, monographs, scientific and practical comments, a textbook on civil, family, labor law, etc. branches of legal science.

Research interests: responsibility in labor law, legal regulation of family relations, conflict regulation of private relations.

Experience of scientific and pedagogical work in higher education institutions - 17 years.

Teaches disciplines: «Roman private law», «Civil law», «Legal comparative studies», «Principles of justice in Ukraine and the problems of their implementation by the courts».
